The free shuttle service to Newark Liberty Airport was a real lifesaver. With all 5 of us and our luggage, it was like experiencing the efficiency of a well-oiled machine. We hopped on the shuttle stress-free, ready for our flight. It was truly a hassle-free and enjoyable experience.

It was wonderful time in Newark. I liked my 2 night stay.

Overall it was a really nice stay for the second time. It took only 10 minutes to walk to Airport Terminal Shuttle bus stop.

The location was very difficult to find, it's a pitty.

the room was spacious - clean, and convenient being very close to the airport. the 24-hour shuttle service is a major plus - easy to hop on and off. the location is also handy for reaching the Jersey Gardens Mall and getting to New York.

The room was tastefully decorated with 3 beds and had a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control and a couch bed. The most important was the staff - brilliantly helpful and best people. They helped us get a shuttle to airport.

We decided to stay here after our New York holiday as we had an exceptionally early morning flight to catch. The room at Springhill Suites was clean and comfortable, and the staff went above and beyond by gathering yoghurt and muffins for us when we had to leave before breakfast was served. The hotel also had useful amenities like a snack shop and a free shuttle service to the airport.

The venue was always fairly clean, had very good location and rooms.

We didn't like the bed, it was too soft.
